A data platform roadmap for a $100M+ manufacturer

The problem

A knitwear manufacturer with over $100M in revenue had its data spread across departments. Management couldn't see across them, and teams reconciled numbers by hand.

What I did

• Discovery. I interviewed stakeholders across more than five departments to define what centralized analytics needed to answer.
• Data readiness. I assessed the source systems and found documentation and governance gaps that would otherwise have broken reporting downstream.
• Roadmap. I evaluated solution providers and worked with department heads and vendors on a technical roadmap.

The result

Leadership adopted the roadmap. For the first time, management gets insight across departments, without manual reconciliation between teams. The work is ongoing.
